Dr. Jeff Zheng, President and CEO
Dr. Zheng received his doctorate in physics from Flinders University, South Australia in 1990. From January 1991 to January 2000 Dr. Zheng worked as a senior Research Associate at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. From March 2000 to July 2008, he was a Founding Director and President of Aquasol Environtech Ltd., a wastewater treatment company operated in Canada and listed on OTCBB (“AQEVF”), which merged with China Linen Textile Industry Co. Ltd. (“CTXIF.OB”) in July, 2008. Since August 2007, Dr. Zheng has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Overseas Public Inc. He has been a Director of Cantronic Systems Inc., an infrared camera hi-tech Canadian company, since January 2009, and since November 2009 he has been a Director.

Xiao Qin (Mary) Ma, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Ma has been director and corporate secretary of Symax Lift (Holding) Ltd. (TSXV: SYL) since November, 2009; Financial Advisor to Chinese companies listed on the Exchange and to private Chinese companies involved in going public transactions since November 2007; Financial Controller of Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc. (TSX: ZPP) from April 2005 to October 2007; Project Manager of Zhongshen Industrial Group Co., Ltd. from May 2004 to March 2005; Financial Controller of Chongqing Lear Changan Interior Co., Ltd. From November 2003 to March 2004; and Chief Financial Officer of Chongqing Skyman Industrial Group Co., Ltd. from September 1998 to October 2003. Ms. Ma is designated as a Certified General Accountant in Canada; is a member of the Association of Chartered General Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ming (Barry) Sheng, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Sheng is currently the President and CEO of MSJL Consulting and Management Limited, a Canadian company that provides management, investor relation and financial consulting services to Chinese companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Sheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is experienced with publicly listed companies based in China
